摘要
目的:探讨长寿人群在某区域集中出现的原因及影响因素,构建我国健康老龄化社会,减轻社会负担、发挥老年人作用,促进经济社会的可持续性发展。方法:采取逐一入户走访的形式进行百岁老人基本情况调查,采用24 h回顾膳食表法进行膳食结构及营养素摄入量调查,并对其饮用水水质、微量元素含量进行检测与分析。结果:平邑县百岁老人对生活满意度高,家庭和睦,子女孝顺,除少数老人有重大疾病生活不能自理外,其余大多数人员身体健康,无重大疾病,生活基本自理。虽然营养素平均摄入量只达到推荐标准的50%,但生命必需营养素摄入量相对较高。地下水属弱碱性矿泉水,富含微量元素硒、锰、锶及偏硅酸等健康必需元素。结论:富含有益微量元素及偏硅酸的弱碱性地下水,合理、多样化的饮食习惯,健康的心态以及社会、家庭的高度关注是平邑百岁老人健康长寿的主要因素。
Objective ：To investigate the reasons and influence factors of the longevity in a regional concentrated crowd and build healthy aging society,reduce burden of society,and promote the economic and social sustainable development.Methods： The household investigation was used to collect the information of centenarians,and 24-hour dietary recall method was performed to gain information regarding the individuals＇ diets,and the quality and contents of variety of elements especially trace elements in drinking water were also determined.Results ：The life satisfaction of the centenarians in Pingyi County is high.The families are harmonious,and the children are filial piety.Most of the old people are healthy with no major disease,and can take care of themselves in basic life except a few old men who have major disease.Dietary structure was diversification,although the average daily intakes of nutrients were merely 50% of RNI,the intakes of necessary nutrients were higher.The underground water was alkalescent and rich in Se,Mn,Sr and metasilicic acid.Conclusion： The main factors of the longevity of centenarians in Pingyi were that drinking alkalescent underground water and rich in necessary elements,reasonable and diverse diet habits,healthy mindset and high social,family＇s concern.
