摘要
分析了2011年上半年全国宏观经济运行情况和电力供需形势。预测下半年的宏观经济走势更为复杂,电力需求增速总体平稳、电力装机增速低于用电需求增长,煤电矛盾尚未根本解决,全国电力供需形势偏紧,以缺少电力为主,并有扩大之势。提出了加强电力需求侧管理、解决煤电之间的矛盾以及构建综合能源运输体系等建议。
This paper analyzes the macro economy, power supply and demand situations in the first half year of2011. It predicts that the macroeconomic trend will become more complex in the second half year, with the power demand growth remaining stable and the electricity demand outgrowing the installed power generating capacity. It also suggests that while the conflict between coal and electricity has yet to be completely solved, the power supply-demand situation tends to be comparatively tense, with power supply shortages dominating the scene, and this trend is expected to grow. The paper provides suggestions on improving the power demand side management, addressing the conflict between the coal and electricity, and building an integrated energy transport system.
