连续流动测定游泳池水中尿素的方法研究 被引量:2

Measurement of urea in swimming poor water by continuous flow injection analysis

摘要 目的:寻找流动注射法检测游泳池水中尿素的检测方法及其在此过程中需要注意的问题,快速、稳定的得出准确可靠的数据。方法:本试验采用Quikchen8500型流动注射仪测定游泳池水中尿素的含量。结果:样品测定的相对标准偏差为RSD≤3.3%,检出限为2.9μg N/L,回收率范围:99.4%~102%。结论:该方法将样品的前处理、分析、结果报告、统计处理全部自动化,简化了操作程序,提高了灵敏度,是检测游泳池水中尿素含量的有效方法。 Objective:To find a method to determine the urea in swimming pool water and solve the problem needed to attend,so as to arrive at the quick and stable data.Methods: The method uses Quikchen850 to test the content of urea in swimming pool water through flow injection.Results: The RSD% of samples was less than 3.3%,the method detection limit was 2.9 μg N/L,and the recovery rate of samples was between 99.4%~102%.Conclusion: The method makes sample pretreatment,sample analysis,results report and statistics processing automatic,which can simplify the operating procedures and improve the sensitivity,it is an effective way of detection.
