摘要
目的:研究快速准确检测尿汞的方法。方法:采用高锰酸钾消解氢化物原子荧光光度法测定。结果:尿汞在0μg/L~40μg/L的范围内,线性良好,相关系数r=0.9996。检出限0.012μg/L,精密度1.0%~3.8%,回收率86%~97%。结论:方法具有灵敏度高、检出限低、线性范围宽、自动化的优点,适用于实验室批量检测职业人群尿汞含量。
Objective:To study the method for rapid and accurate determination of urinary mercury.Methods: The urinary mercury after digested by potassium permanganate was detected with atomic fluorescence spectrometer.Results: A linearity was obtained in the range of 0 μg/L^40 μg/L with a good correlation coefficient(r=0.9996).The minimum detection limit was 0.012 μg/L,the precision was 1.0%~3.8% and the recovery was 86%~97%.Conclusion: The method has high sensitivity,low detection limit,wide linear range,and the automation.Therefore,it was suitable for detection and analysis with large quantities of urinary mercury samples in occupation population.
