摘要
目的:探讨地沟油的气相色谱检测方法。方法:通过寻找地沟油中动物油脂产生的脂肪酸特征峰,判别样品是否含有地沟油。结果:初步确定了地沟油中动物油脂产生的脂肪酸特征峰。结论:方法简便、实用,为进一步检测确认地沟油打下基础。
Objective：To study an analytical method for detection of hogwash oil by GC.Methods： Hogwash oil was differentiated by finding the characteristic peak of fatty acid produced by animal fat.Results： Characteristic peak of fatty acid existing in hogwash oil was determined primarily.Conclusion：The method is simple and practical,which can lay a good basis for the further study on detection of hogwash oil.
