恶性肿瘤患者伴发高钙血症15例并文献复习 被引量：8

摘要 目的分析恶性肿瘤伴发高钙血症的临床特点、应用唑来膦酸治疗的临床疗效和安全性。方法15例有临床症状的恶性肿瘤伴发高钙血症患者应用唑来膦酸4mg静脉滴注15min治疗，观察其近期疗效、不良反应及复发、生存情况：结果15例血清钙浓度在3．25-4．25mmol／L的患者，均有可观察的临床症状，经唑来膦酸治疗，14例血清钙降至正常值、临床症状缓解，有效率达93．3％。未见严重的不良反应。中位生存期1．2个月。结论恶性肿瘤患者伴发高钙血症临床症状严重，预后差，唑来膦酸是治疗的有效药物。
