摘要
随着高等教育的发展和形势的变化,教学改革已朝着整体化、系统化、综合性和实践性方面发展;教学管理创新是提高教学质量深化教学改革的关键环节,从更新观念、健全体制、提高人员素质、创新方法等方面,对高校教学管理问题进行探索与思考。
With the fast development of Higher Education and the changes of situation,teaching reform has been developing toward the direction of integration,systematization,comprehensiveness and practicality.The innovation of teaching management is the key to improve the quality of education and deepen the teaching reform.This paper do some thinking on the problem of the management of higher education from the aspects of innovating conceptions,perfecting structure,improving qualities and etc.
