摘要
目的:建立延边地区朝鲜族正常成人X线头影测量McNamara分析法的正常值,并研究其颅面结构的性别特征和民族特征。方法:选择72名延边地区正常朝鲜族成人拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片,采用McNamara分析法进行测量,得到朝鲜族正常成人该分析法的正常值及标准差。结果:①建立了中国延边地区朝鲜族正常成人McNamara分析法的正常值及标准差;②朝鲜族正常成人颅面部硬组织结构存在性别差异,上颌突度、下颌突度男性小于女性(P<0.05);有效上颌长度、有效下颌长度、上下颌长度差、前下面高、下切牙突距均为男性大于女性(P<0.05)。结论:朝鲜族正常成人牙、颌面结构存在性别以及种族、民族差异。本研究结果为研究我国朝鲜族成人牙、颌面特征提供了有价值的参考。
Objective： To obtain the norms of McNamara cephalometric analysis in Korean adults with normal occlusion in Yanbian.Methods： 72 Korean adults in Yanbian with normal occlusion were selected.Lateral cephalograms were taken and analyzed with McNamara analysis.Results： The norms of McNamara cephalometric analysis of Korean adults were obtained.There was significant difierence in some measurements between male and female of Korean adults with normal occlusion in Yanbian.Conclusion： There is gender difference of the norms obtained by McNamara analysis in Korean adults with normal occlusion in Yanbian,China.
