可回收覆膜金属支架在自发性食管破裂中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 自发性食管破裂又称Boerhaave′s综合症,临床少见,常延误诊治,死亡率达89%～100%[1]。近年来死亡率有所下降,但仍有20%～30%[2]。笔者科室于2008年1月—2010年3月对8例食管破裂患者施行食管覆膜金属支架介入治疗,效果满意,现总结分析诊治情况,报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料8例中,男性6例,女性2例,年龄中位数59岁（40～77岁）。发病至确诊时间1～6d。致病原因：
