隐源性机化性肺炎的诊治进展 被引量：10

摘要 隐源性机化性肺炎（cryptogenic organizing pneumonia,COP）是指无明确致病原（如感染）或其他临床伴随疾病（如结缔组织疾病）所出现的机化性肺炎,具有独特的临床、影像和病理学特点,是特发性间质性肺炎（idiopathic interstitial pneumonia,IIP）的一个亚型。
