摘要
目的探索PBL教学法联合案例分析的新模式应用于肾内科见习教学中的效果。方法在肾内科见习教学中,选取16名学生进行PBL联合案例分析教学法教学,与经传统教学的另16名学生进行对比研究。结果实验组理论成绩和病历书写成绩均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 PBL教学法与案例分析相结合在肾内科见习教学中优于传统教学方法,值得进一步推广。
Objective To observe the effect of using problem-based learning(PBL) method combined with case analysis in clinical practice teaching of nephrology.Methods Totally 32 students were divided evenly into two groups: PBL-case analysis group and traditional teaching group.Results The scores in theory test and medical history writing of students in the experiment group were significantly higher than those in traditional teaching group(P0.01).Conclusion The integration of PBL with case analysis is superior to the traditional teaching method in clinical teaching of nephrology and thus deserves a wider application.
