摘要
分子生物学是生命科学中发展最快、最具活力的前沿学科,但目前分子生物学的教学模式却严重滞后于分子生物学学科本身的发展。分子生物学教学模式的改革势在必行。这其中包括:修订教学大纲,重视绪论的教学,授课过程中引入前沿知识,加强讨论式教学,创造优秀动画以模拟生物大分子的相互作用;整合实验内容,增加前沿性实验部分,提高学生综合解决问题的能力和创新能力等方面。这些方面的改革也会进一步促进生物工程其他学科的发展,更有利于学生学习效率的提高。
Molecular biology is a state-of-the-art discipline with the most rapid development and the greatest vitality.However,the teaching mode seriously lags behind the development of the discipline of molecular biology itself.Therefore,it is imperative to reform the teaching mode,including revising the syllabus and paying more attention to preface teaching,introducing state-of-the-art knowledge and strengthening discussions during teaching,creating excellent animations to simulate the interaction between biological macromolecules,integrating experiment contents by introducing the latest experiment methods,and improving students' problem-solving ability and creativity.All this reform will further promote the development of other bio-engineering disciplines and improve students' learning efficiency.
