摘要
分析了农村人力资本投资的主要内容,并在此基础上研究了人力资本投资在新农村建设中的地位,结果表明:农村人力资本投资对农村生产的发展、生活的宽裕、乡风的文明、村容的整洁和管理的民主都具有根本性决定作用。
Main content of rural human capital investment were analyzed,based on this,the importance of human capital investment in new countryside construction were studied.The results showed that it had fundamental decisive function for rural human capital investment to the development of rural production,well-off life,rural wind civilization,tidy villages and democratic administration.
