摘要
分析了农村环境污染现状及农民环境权益受到侵害的原因,从改善司法救济制度的角度对农民权益的保护提出一些对策和建议。
The paper analyzes rural environmental pollution status and the violation of farmers＇ environmental rights,and then proposes some measures to protect the farmers＇ interest from the perspective of improving judicial relief system.
