摘要
以安徽省凤阳县为例,通过对重点人物的访谈,对飞地工业的发展演化及其对县域经济的作用机制进行研究。在此基础上,以灰色系统理论为基础,运用灰色建模系统软件测算了2007～2010年凤阳县飞地工业与县域经济发展的相关关系,以此对飞地工业与县域经济发展相关性进行评价。结果表明:凤阳县飞地工业发展尚未成熟,处于初期阶段;飞地工业与凤阳县县域经济增长之间有正相关的关系。基于上述分析,提出了对欠发达县域发展飞地工业模式和扩展飞地工业内涵的相关建议。
Taking Fengyang County of Anhui Province as an example,with the key figures interviewed,the mechanism of enclave industry development and evolution on county economy was studied.Then based on the grey system theory,the gray modeling software was used to calculate the correlation between enclave industry and county economic development of Fengyang County from 2007 to 2010,and the correlation was evaluated.The results showed that the development of enclave industry in Fengyang County is not yet mature,and in its early stage;there is a positive correlation between enclave industry of Fengyang County and county economy growth.Finally,suggestions for developing enclave industry mode and expanding connotation were put forward.
