四季草莓不同叶龄叶片^(15)N的吸收与运转 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨四季草莓不同叶龄叶片的氮素吸收与运转规律,为提高四季草莓的生产品质提供理论和数据支持。[方法]应用15N根外追肥与示踪技术,分别对功能叶、老叶和幼叶进行叶面涂抹尿素溶液,通过检测功能叶、老叶、新叶、老茎、新茎和花果蕾等器官中的NDFF,分析其氮素吸收与转运规律。[结果]不同叶龄的叶片15N根外追肥,功能叶对15N的吸收利用率最高,幼叶最低,老叶居中。不同试验处理植株各个器官的分配率不同,追肥处理后花果蕾的分配率最低,NDFF在各个处理中最低。[结论]功能叶在植株根外追肥中起到非常重要的作用,且氮素被功能叶吸收后能较快速的运转到其他器官,提供植株所需要的营养。 [Objective] The characteristics of 15N absorption,partition and translocation in ever bearer(Fragaria ananassa duch Selva) were studied to improve the quality of strawberry.[Methods] 15N-labelled urea was daubed on old leaves,young leaves and functional leaves respectively before that were determined for analyzing the law of absorption and translocation of nitrogen.[Results] The top rate of 15N absorption and utilization was 36.9%(functional leaves),the lowest was 31.9%(young leaves) and 32.9%(old leaves) was placed in the middle.With different treatments,the rate of 15N distribution of every organ was different.The lowest rate of 15N distribution(10.43%) and NDFF(8.94%) was in bud and fruit with functional leaves treaded.The rate of 15N distribution of every organ was low,because of limited total nitrogen nutrition.[Conclusion] In all leaves,the functional leaves played an important role in foliar fertilizer.Nitorgen that absorbed by functional leaves was moved quickly to other organs for supporting strawberry plant.
