摘要
目的探究核酸扩增技术在血液筛查丙肝病毒中的应用。方法对3100例ELISA抗-HCV献血者检测为阴性样本和300例抗-HCV献血者为阳性样本进行检测,分别采用ELISA和NAT进行检测。结果 ELISA检测3100例抗-HCV检测为阴性的样本中有7例HCV-RNA呈阳性,阳性率为0.23%,这是HCV感染窗口期漏检的结果。300例抗-HCV检测HCV-RNA阳性率为83%。NAT检测报告表明3100例抗-HCV检测为阴性的样本中有10呈HCV-RNA例阳性,阳性率为0.32%。300例抗-HCV检测HCV-RNA阳性率为93.7%,尚有6.3%未检测出阳性样本。结论综合ELISA检测和NAT检测将有效检测出阳性血液样本,保证血液质量。
Objective To investigate the nucleic acid amplification technology screening for hepatitis C virus in the blood of the appli- cation. Methods 3100 cases of blood donors testing anti - HCV ELISA negative samples and 300 cases of anti - HCV positive samples for tes- ting blood donors were tested by ELISA and NAT. Results ELISA detection of 3100 cases of anti - HCV test is negative samples,7 patients were HCV - RNA positive, the positive rate was 0. 23% ,the window period of HCV infection is the result of undetected. 300 cases of anti - HCV - positive HCV - RNA detection rate was 83%. NAT test report shows that 3100 cases of anti - HCV negative samples detected in 10 cases were positive for HCV - RNA positive rate of 0. 32%. 300 cases of anti - HCV - positive HCV - RNA detection rate was 93.7% ,which have not detected a 6. 3 % positive samples. Conclusion The comprehensive testing by ELISA and NAT will be effective to detect positive blood samples, to ensure blood quality,
