摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT增强扫描肺部癌性结节的影像学特点及其对定性诊断的价值。方法选择经病理证实的肺部癌性结节性病变患者影像学资料104份,对CT平扫及增强扫描影像学资料进行重新阅片,分析其特征性影像学特点检出率及定性诊断率。结果肺部癌性结节在CT平扫多表现为低密度结节,较少部分病灶具有分叶征、毛刺征等肿瘤征象,强化CT扫描多呈现中到高度强化,大部分肿瘤出现兔耳征、三角征、血管集束、肿瘤分裂等恶性肿瘤特有征象,CT增强扫描肺部癌性结节特征性影像学变化检出率及定性诊断率高于CT平扫。结论增强CT扫描肺部癌性结节多具有特征性的影像学表现,能够为癌性结节性病变的定性诊断提供影像学参考。
Objective To investigate the imageing characteristic and qualitative diagnostic value of CT enhancement scanning to carci- nomatous nodus on lungs. Methods 104 cases of imageology data that had been maken a definite diagnosis with lung cancer were collected and were readed once more to common CT scaning and enhancement scanning, detecting rate of distinctive imageing characteristic and rate of qualita- tive diagnosis was contrasted. Results Imageing characteristic of carcinomatous nodus on lungs was low density focus in CT common scaning, sublobe and barb sign than was typical in malignant tumor was infrequent, mostly tumor was reinforced in CT enhancement scanning, rabbit - ear sign, triangle sign, vascellum cluster sign and cleavage sign was frequent, detecting rate of distinctive imageing characteristic and rate of qualita- tive diagnosis was higher in CT enhancement scanning than CT common scaning. Conclusion Mostly CT enhancement scanning on carcinomatous nodus of lungs had distinctive imageing characteristic, and could provide reference for qualitative diagnosis.
