摘要
在生态旅游和"农家乐"旅游快速发展,生态旅游农庄日益受到关注而蓬勃发展的背景下,首先提出了生态旅游庄园的概念,进而在分析生态旅游庄园在我国的发展现状、存在问题和发展机遇的基础上,研究了生态旅游庄园的规划设计、项目策划,并对其进行了经济、社会和环境效益分析,最后针对目前生态旅游和"农家乐"旅游发展中存在的问题,从融资渠道、规划设计、居民利益、服务设施与水平以及管理方面提出了生态旅游庄园发展的对策与措施,以期对生态旅游庄园的规划、建设和发展起到一定的指导作用。
With the rapid development of eco-tourism and ＂happy farmhouse＂ tourism,eco-tourism manor had received more attention and developed vigorously.The paper had proposed the concept of eco-tourism manor,and studied its design and project planning based on the analysis of development situation,existing problems and development opportunities of eco-tourism manor in China.Then,it had analyzed the economic,social and environmental effects.Finally,in view of the problems existing in eco-tourism and ＂happy farmhouse＂ tourism development,countermeasures and methods for eco-tourism manor development had been proposed from the perspective of financing channels,planning design,residents＇ benefits,service facilities and management,so as to provide the guidance for planning,construction and development of eco-tourism manor.
