重庆忠县柑橘有毒有害元素迁移性研究

摘要 [目的]探讨重庆沿江经济带特色农产品忠县柑橘植株的根、干、叶、果实各个器官对有毒有害元素的迁移性。[方法]以哈姆林和忠县锦橙为研究对象,分别采集这2种柑橘植株的根、干、叶、果实及相应的根系土壤样本,分别测定Cr、Pb、Ni、Cd、As、Hg等有毒有害元素的含量特征。[结果]柑橘哈姆林和忠县锦橙表现出同样的特性,即柑橘植株不同器官中各种有毒有害元素的迁移性具有差异性,如柑橘根对Cd的迁移性较强,柑橘干对Pb的迁移性较强。柑橘植株同一器官因品种不同对各种有毒有害元素的迁移性强弱也具有差异性。如哈姆林根系相对忠县锦橙更易迁移Cd;而忠县锦橙干相对哈姆林更易迁移Cd。[结论]该研究为改进忠县柑橘品种质量、加强病虫害防治、扩大种植规模等提供了一定的科学依据。 [Objective] The migration of toxic and harmful element in the various organs: root,stem,leaf and fruit of citrus,a special agro-product from Zhongxian County in the Economic Belt along the Yangtze River in Chongqing,was investigated.[Method] The citrus variety: Hamlin and Jincheng of Zhongxian County,being takes as experimental material,the content of Cr,Pb,Ni,Cd,As,Hg and others in the sample of the plant root,stem,leaf,fruit and the corresponding soil around the plant root were measured.[Result] The migration of toxic element among various organs of two varieties was different.The migration of Cd in citrus root was stronger and Pb in stem,stronger.The migration of toxic element in same organ was different depending on the variety and the migration of Cd in the Hamlin root was easier than that in Jincheng of Zhongxian County and the migration of Cd in the Jincheng stem was easier than that in the Hamlin.[Conclusion] The scientific basis of the citrus quality-improving,pest/and disease-controlling and planting at larger scale was provided.
