摘要
目的:观察中药配合针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效,为该病症的临床治疗推广一种简单实用、安全有效的疗法。方法:将100例神经根型颈椎病的患者随机分组,治疗组50例,对照组50例。治疗组采用中药配合针灸疗法,对照组采用口服中药法。两组病人在治疗前和治疗1个疗程后均进行症状和功能评估。结果:治疗组有效率为95.83%,对照组有效率为85.11%。治疗后两组的主要症状和功能前后改善程度比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药配合针灸疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效肯定,明显优于中药组。该法安全,容易操作,值得推广。
Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis clinical efficacy,clinical treatment for the disease to promote a simple,practical,safe and effective therapy.Methods：100 patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis were randomized,the treatment group of 50 patients in the control group of 50 patients.Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment group therapy,oral medicine control group.Two groups of patients before treatment and after a course of treatment were assessed for symptoms and function.Results：The effective rate was 95.83% in the treatment group;in the control group was 85.11%.After treatment,the main symptoms and functional improvement were significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese acupuncture therapy for nerve root type cervical spondylosis certainly much better than medicine group.The method is safe,easy operatied,and worthy of promotion.
