摘要
牛兴东主任医师是内蒙古地区名中医,治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著。他认为慢性萎缩性胃炎病机不外乎"虚"、"郁"、"瘀"、"毒"四端,治疗以调气活血解毒法为主要治疗大法,主要药物有黄芪、莪术、半枝莲、党参、白术、丹参、柴胡、炒枳壳、炒白芍、白花蛇舌草等,在此基础上根据主症、合并症以及胃镜检查加减变化。
