摘要
目的:探讨健脾益智法治疗多发梗塞性痴呆(MID)的作用机制。方法:运用灌服小承气汤以及栓子注入的方法制作MID大鼠模型,光镜下对比观察各组大鼠脑组织形态结构的病理变化。结果:与其他3组比较,中药组大鼠脑组织损伤情况明显减轻。结论:健脾益智法可能是通过提高脑细胞对缺血缺氧的耐受力,减轻海马区细胞以及其他脑细胞的损伤,从而起到治疗MID的目的。
Objective：To explore the mechanism of the therapy by strengthening the spleen to enhance intelligence in treatment of MID.Methods：The MID rats＇ model was made by administration of Small Chengqi Decoction and injection of emboli into the internal carotid artery.The morphosis of the MID rats＇ brain was observed by opticmicroscope.Results：Injury of the Chinese materia medica group was significantly reduced,compared with the other three groups.Conclusion：The possible mechainsm of the therapy was enhance the ability to tolerate ischemia and hypoxia,relieve the injury of the rats＇ brain tissue.
