从设计、运行及管理的角度，分别列举了氧化铝厂自备热电站的几项节能措施及管理制度，目的在于把握好设计、运行及管理各节能环节，以实现中小型热电站节约能源，降低电站运营成本，提高热电站效率及经济效益。
