摘要
社会管理创新是我国目前推进政治体制改革的重要措施。实现社会和谐,建设美好社会,是履行检察职能的应有之义,积极参与社会管理创新是检察机关履行职能又一重要举措。本文就检察机关如何充分发挥检察职能,积极参与社会管理创新,提高社会管理水平作初浅分析。
China＇s current social management innovation is an important measure to promote political reform.Achieving social harmony and building a better society is the proper meaning to perform prosecutorial functions.And actively participating in social management innovation is another important step to perform their functions for the prosecution.This paper made an analysis on how the prosecution make prosecutorial functions,actively participate in social management innovation and improve social management.
