摘要
CFBB机组的协调控制系统是一个具有不确定性的复杂多变量控制系统,其控制品质的改善是提高热工过程自动化水平的关键。采用双输入双输出非线性PID控制器,设计CFBB机组的机炉协调控制,并利用Simulink工具箱中的非线性设计模块(N C D模块)对控制参数进行优化[1]。通过一系列的仿真试验,分析了控制系统的动态性能,并与线性分散PID控制方案相比较。结果证实了本文方法的有效性和适用性,为提高CFBB机组协控制系统的控制品质开辟了新的思路。
The CFBB coordinated control system is a complicated multivariable system with uncertainty.In order to improve the automation level of thermal process,it's a key problem to design more effective coordinated control system.theCFBB coordinated control systems were developed using two-input-two-output nonlinear PID controller(NPID).The parameters of controllers are optimized using Nonlinear Control Design(NCD) module in Simulink toolbox.Through a series of simulation,the dynamic performance of the control system were analyzed and compared with those of linear decentralized PID controller.Results verify the validity and suitability of proposed methods,and give a new path to improve control quality of the coordinated control system.
