摘要
介绍了一种通过简单的检测方案,测量出钢卷在步进梁上偏离位置中心的距离,并通过P L C控制对中小车实现钢卷修正偏差的方法。此方法提高了钢卷输送过程中的可靠性,并已在实际应用中得到验证,作为一种区别与传统检测方案的新方法,具有较好的推广价值。
a simple test program for measuring the bias from the coil center to walking beam center and calibrated by the PLC controlling has been proposed in this paper.The method improved the reliability in coil transportation,and has been checked in practice,as a way different to the tradition one has a higher promotion value.
