摘要
针对CAN总线和PC机之间通信的"瓶颈"问题,设计了一种通信转换模块,采用单片机PIC18F4550以及CAN总线控制器MCP2510和高速CAN收发器82C250来实现,介绍了各模块之间的硬件接口电路。在此基础上,设计了软件流程以及上位机程序。测试结果表明,设计的USB-CAN通信模块,工作可靠稳定,与PC机连接方便,可用于对CAN网络的实时监控和数据分析。
In order to solve the communication on bottleneck problem existing between PC and CAN bus,this paper design a communication module based on single-chip PIC18F4550,CAN bus controller MCP2510 and high-speed CAN transceiver 82C250,and introduce each module of hard-ware interface circuit.The firmware programming and PC application program was designed.Tests results showed that the USB-CAN communication module that be designed was stable and reliable on work,was connected with the PC easily,could be applied to CAN real-time surveillance and data analysis.
