摘要
阐述IT系统的特点和发展现状,以及低压配电系统各类标准中关于IT系统能否配出中性导体的观点,指出是否能对中性导体进行绝缘监测的决定因素。论述IT系统绝缘监测装置对中性导体上绝缘损坏进行监测的动作原理以及该装置对系统造成的影响。
This paper describes the characteristics and development status of IT system, the viewpoint in various standards of low-voltage distribution system on whether IT system is matched with neutral conductors or not. Points out the determinants for insulation monitoring of neutral conductors. Discusses the operating principle of insulation monitoring devices in IT system to monitor insulation damage of neutral conductors, as well as the influence of insulation monitoring devices on IT system.
