摘要
随着我国会展经济的迅速发展,会展业已然成为我国第三产业的重要支柱之一。作为中部省份,凭借着优越的传媒优势条件,湖南省已经形成了一定数量的知名展会,并极大的带动和提升了传统产业的发展。但是在迅猛发展的同时,会展业也暴露了自身的诸多弊端。究其根本原因,还是在于会展业专业人才的缺乏。目前,湖南省会展业就存在着专业人才严重缺乏,从业人员素质普遍偏低,分工不明确等问题。为实现湖南省会展业的健康可持续发展,分析湖南省会展人才培养现状,加强会展人才的科学培养和会展从业人员的队伍建设是非常必要的。
With the rapid development of exhibition economy in China,exhibition industry has been one of the important pillars of the tertiary industry.As central provinces,Hunan province has a certain number of famous exhibitions with the superior media advantages and promotes the development of the tradition industries greatly.On the other hand,exhibition industry also exposes of many drawbacks.The primary reason is lacking of exhibition professionals.There are some problems in Hunan＇s exhibition industry,such as low quality of jobholders,fuzzy job division.Therefore,at present it is necessary to analysis exhibition talents education in Hunan.And it is important to strengthen exhibition talents＇ scientific education in Hunan province as well.
