摘要
研究了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定磷酸二铵中的微量砷,选择了最佳的分析条件,检出限为0.02 mg/kg,线性范围0~100μg/L,回收率为94%~101%。该方法分析成本低,操作简便,灵敏度高,准确度好。
It is studied to determinate content of trace amount arsenic in diammonium phosphate using hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.When the optimum analysis condition is selected,the detection limit is 0.02 mg/kg,linear range is 0~100 μg/L,recovery is 94%~101%.The method features low analysis cost,easy operation,high sensitivity,and excellent accuracy.
