摘要
为贯彻国家对磷肥工业污染物排放的严格要求,介绍了文丘里洗涤器的工艺计算,核算了150 kt/a过磷酸钙装置氟吸收系统的氟排放浓度,认为再增加一级文丘里洗涤器即可满足要求,因系统阻力增加,尾气风机须作相应处理。
In order to implement the stringent requirements by the state for discharge of pollutants in the phosphate fertilizer industry,the process calculation for Venturi scrubber is introduced,and the fluorine discharge concentration by the fluorine absorption system of the 150 kt/a SSP plant is checked.It is concluded that the requirements can be met by adding one more stage of Venturi scrubber.As the system resistance is increased,corresponding treatment should be done for the tail-gas blower fan.
