心踝血管指数对老年冠心病的早期诊断意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨心踝血管指数(CAVI)对老年冠心病的早期诊断意义。方法 104例老年患者根据冠状动脉造影分为冠心病和非冠心病组,分别检测血压(BP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、体重指数(BMI),并在1周内采用VaSera VS-1000血压脉搏测量装置检测CAVI。结果两组患者的年龄、性别、BMI、BP、FBG、TG、TC差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),冠心病组CAVI值较非冠心病组明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年冠心病患者动脉僵硬度明显增高,CAVI增高,CAVI对老年冠心病的早期诊断有一定的临床意义。 Objective To evaluate the significance of the cardio-ankle vascular index ( CAVI ) for early diagnosis of coronary heart disease ( CHD ). Methods All of 104 elderly patients were divided into CHD group and non-CHD control group according to coronary angiography result. The CAVI was detected within a week by VaSera VS-1000 blood pressure pulse measuring device, and blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, triglyceride, total cholesterol , body mass index were also measured. Results There were no significantly difference in age, gender, body mass index, blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, triglyceride and total cholesterol between two groups ( P〉0.05 ). However, the CAVI values in coronary heart disease group was higher than that of non-CHD group with a statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Arterial stiffness in elderly patients with coronary heart disease was significantly higher, CAVI increased, CAVI has clinical significancfore in the elderly the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
