原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症影像学检查的临床应用价值

摘要 目的探讨超声、CT、99mTe-甲氧基异丁基异腈(MIBI)核素显像及磁共振成像(MRI)4种影像学检查方法对原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(PH门)的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的39例PH门患者的影像学检查资料。结果超声、CT、99mTc—MIBI核素显像及MRI检查的敏感性分别为72.7%,75.7%,97.4%和100%。结论 99mTe-MIBI核素显像对PH胛检测的敏感性高于超声和cT检查。超声和 99mTe—MIBI核素显像应作为PH町术前定位的常规检查方法。 Objective To evaluate the clinic value of CT,99mTc-MIBI radionuclide imaging and MRI in the examination of primary hyperparathyroidism(PHPT).Methods Imaging results of 39 patients with PHPT confirmed by postoperative pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results The sensitivities of ultrasound,CT,99mTc-MIBI radionuclide imaging and MRI were 72.7%,75.7%,97.4% and 100% respectively.Conclusions The sensitivities of 99mTc-MIBI radionuclide imaging is better than ultrasound and CT scan.Ultrasound and 99mTc-MIBI radionuclide imaging should be used as preoperative localization of the routine examination methods in patients with PHPT.
