1日龄超级星布罗商品代肉用仔鸡140只分成七组,日粮核黄素水平为0.4、2.4、4.4、6.4、8.4、10.4及12.0mg/kg,饲养至28日和56日龄。测定生长速度、采食量、饲料耗用比、BGRAC、肝脏总黄素浓度及肝脏总黄素的绝对量。在六个测定的指标评定中均以6.4mg/kg为最佳。因此,肉用仔鸡核黄素的适宜需要量可为6.4mg/kg。BGRAC是评价肉鸡核黄素营养状况灵敏而准确的指标,当日粮核黄素低于6.4mg/kg时,BGRAC值与日粮核黄素呈显著负相关(|r|>0.94)。肝脏总黄素浓度及肝脏总黄素的绝对量随日粮核黄素的增加而增加,当日粮核黄素为6.4mg/kg时达最高值。 根据饲料耗用比及肝脏总黄素含量等,评定各组肉仔鸡的核黄素营养状况等级。综合28日及56日龄各组肉仔鸡的BGRAC值,可以将核黄素营养状况的评价标准定为:≤1.05,充裕;1.06~1.20,不足;1.21~1.45,缺乏;>1.45,严重缺乏。
140 Starbro broilers in commercial generation between 1 and 56 days of age, were divided into seven groups, and the riboflavin in diets were 0.4, 2.4, 4.4, 6.4, 8.4, 10.4, 12.0mg/kg respectively. The growth rate, feed consumption ratio, blood glutathione reductase activity coefficient (BGRAC), concentration and absolute amount of total flavin in liver were deter mined. The results at the 28th and 56th day were consistent, and showed that 6.4 mg/kg diet group is optimal for growth rate, feed consumption ratio, BGRAC, etc. So we suggested that the proper riboflavin requirement of the broiler should be about 6.4mg/kg. Meanwhile BGRAC is a very sensitive indicator to reflect the riboflavin nutriture of the broilers. When dietary riboflavin is not more than 6.4 mg/kg, EGR-AC exhibited a marked inverse relationship with dietary riboflavin (Irl >0.94).The concentration of total flavin or absolute amount of total flavin in liver increased as dietary riboflavin increased, and reached highest values when dietary riboflavin is 6.4mg/kg.It is considered that the standard of BGRAC values for assessing the riboflavin nutriture of the broilers could be defined as follows. <1.05 a-bundant, 1.06-1.20 insufficient, 1.21-1.45 deficient,>45 severely deficient.
