摘要
以科学发展观为指导,以国家级计算机实验教学示范中心建设为依托,对实验中心的教学体系进行改革,构建了"12333"的实验教学和管理体系,改进实验教学方法和手段,建立多元化的实验考核体系。文章介绍了改革过程并提出实验教学中创新人才培养的新方法和途径。实践证明,这种实验教学体系和机制大大提高了学生的创新实践能力、科研能力和就业能力。
Under the guidance of Scientific Outlook of Development, relying on the construction of national teaching lab, this article discusses teaching system of the experimental center, constructing tho “12333” experimental teaching and management system, improving the experimental teaching method and means to establish a multi-faceted experimental evaluation system. It also gives some new ways of training innovative talents on the experimental teaching. Practice shows that the experimental teaching system and mechanism can greatly improve the practical ability of students, research skills and employability.
