护理人员对糖尿病健康教育知识的认知现状调查与分析 被引量:18

摘要 目的:探讨临床护理人员对糖尿病健康教育知识的认知现状。方法:以南京某非公立三级医院全体护理人员为研究对象,以问卷调查方式收集资料。问卷包括两部分:分别为护理人员的基本资料、护理人员对糖尿病相关知识的了解程度。本研究共发放问卷400份,回收348份,有效问卷335份,回收率为87%。问卷共43道题,每题1分,总分43分。结果:临床护理人员对糖尿病知识的了解程度平均为26.8分,在对糖尿病疾病了解程度上,受年龄、是否参加过相关在职教育、有无糖尿病患者护理经验等因素影响。结论:目前临床护理人员对糖尿病健康教育的认知普遍不足,因此建立规范化的培训、积极提供相关课程的学习教育,以培养护理人员对糖尿病的护理能力及认知水平,是一项刻不容缓的工作。 Objective: To find the diabetes related knowledge awareness situation of clinical nurses in a tertiary hospital. Methods: We investigated all of the clinical nurses in a tertiary hospital in Nanjing by a self designed questionnaire. Their demographic data and diabetes related knowledge level were included in this questionnaire. There were 43 items in this questionnaire, and then the total score was 43. Totally 400 nurses were investigated, 348 nurses answered it getting 87% answer rate, and 335 questionnaires were valid. Results: The average score was 26.8. Nurses with different age, work department, related continuous education course training, and diabetic caring experience had slightly different diabetes related knowledge level. Elder nurses had higher score on diabetic patients' physical status and exercise direction than younger nurses (P〈0.01). In terms of the awareness of chronic complications of diabetes, younger nurses had higher level than elder nurses (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Continuous diabetes related knowledge training may be essential for improving clinical nurses caring ability since they all lack of diabetic knowledge and skill.
