先天性生殖道畸形并非少见,但部分患者由于无明显症状,往往终身不被发现。它常可致不孕,在怀孕后亦易流产或早产;或胎位异常,产力异常,难产或其它合并症,威协母婴安全。过去,大部分病例未能及时作出诊断,
Patients with congenital malformation of
genital tract accompanied with pregnancy is
not rare In the past the patients could not
be treated satisfactorily and not be managed
in time. We collected totally 70 cases, which
is 0.185per cent of the same term delivery.
The operaitve delivery rate was up to 55.7
per cent, 24 cases of them were casarean se-
ction (34.3 per cent), The early exact diagn-
osis was made by hysterography, B-type ult-
rasonography and laparoscopy.
Most of the term pregnancies might get
natual delivery or operative vaginal delivery
(65.7 per cent), cesarean section must be
performed on for the safety beoth mother and
fetal when the process of vaginal delivery
was abnormal.
