摘要
利用特殊设计的皮革鞣制机,对影响铬鞣过程的主要因素:鞣制转速、鞣制时间、鞣制线压力和浴液铬含量进行了研究,研究结果表明:利用皮革鞣制机进行的铬鞣的最佳工艺条件为鞣制转速5r/min、鞣制时间为18h、鞣制线压力0.37N/mm、浴液铬含量16g/L。
The ND （ no drum） chrome tanning means using the leather tanning machine which is different from the traditional drum chrome tanning. The ND chrome tanning was investigated with the leather tanning machine which The factors of the rotation speed, time, line contact pressure and the chrome content of the liquor was show that the optimum condition is as follows： rotation speed is 5r/min, time is 18hrs, line contact pressure is 0.37N/mm, chrome content of the liquor is 16g/L.
