摘要
目的探讨口腔科门诊诊疗过程中院内感染易感因素及控感措施。方法依据《医疗机构口腔诊疗和器械消毒技术操作规范》和《医院感染管理规范》,遵照标准预防原则制定并实施口腔科各项医院感染管理制度。结果通过标准化、制度化管理,完善了各项医院感染管理工作,提高了口腔科门诊院内感染的控感能力。结论只有提高预防措施,制定相应规章制度,并认真落实及实施,才能杜绝口腔科门诊院内感染的发生,确保医院医疗质量和安全。
Objective To discuss the easy infected factors during the process of diagnosis and treatment of the dental clinics and its control measure.Methods Based on ＂Mouth diagnosis and treatment and technical and operating rules of dentalsterilizer of dental institution＂and＂Management standard of nosocomial infection＂.Draw up implement management systems of nosocomial infection of department of stomatology in accordance with standard precautionary principle.Results Through standardization institutional management.We improved the capacity of infection concrol of the nosocomial infection of outpatient service of department of stomatology.Conclusion Only by raising the prevention consciousness,laying down approprate rules,and seriously implement and implementation,We can prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection in dental clinic,and ensure hospital medical quality and safety of medical treatment.
