乳腺癌钼靶X线特征与分子生物学指标的相关性研究进展 被引量：10

摘要 乳腺钼靶X线摄片的表现,尤其是肿块影、散在钙化点对于乳腺癌的早期筛查及预后判断有重要意义,而对乳腺癌生物学指标如雌激素受体(ER),孕激素受体(PR),人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2/neu)的研究也越来越多,其临床意义也逐步增加。研究两者的相关性,对于乳腺癌的治疗方式及预后评价的作用日益凸显。笔者就这方面的内容进行综述。
