The Effects of Aux/IAA and ARF Proteins on Lateral Root Formation

摘要 植物根系发育对于植物吸收营养和水分非常重要,根系的形成主要是由各级侧根的发育完成的。因此,植物侧根的形成对于植物的生长发育及其生产力形成有重要影响。侧根的形成受到植物激素,尤其是生长素的影响。在植物生长素信号转导途径中,Aux/IAA和ARF蛋白是2类重要蛋白,对于侧根形成的影响具有重要作用。基于近几年来对生长素信号转导途径的研究,该文对其研究进展作综合评述。 The development of plant root systems is essential to the uptake of water and nutrients.The whole root system of a plant is composed of lateral roots with different orders.Therefore,lateral root formation is important for the development and productivity of plants.Lateral root formation is affected by phytohormones,especially auxin.In auxin transduction pathway,Aux/IAA and ARF proteins are important and play important roles in lateral root formation.Based on the researches on auxin transduction pathway in recent years around the world,the advances were reviewed in this paper.
