摘要
本文探讨了食品中维生素A和E荧光法同时测定过程中的各种条件,并用石油醚(30~60℃)作抽提剂和萃取剂,并且分別在λ_∑x 295nm/λ_∑M 340nm和λ_∑X 340nm/λ_∑M 480nm处测定维生素E和A,经多次实验,结果较满意。测定维生素A和E的相对标准偏差均为2.0/9.0%,维生素A和E的平均回收率分别为96.7%和95.9%。
Some conditions in the simultaneous assay of vitamin A and E in foods were studied and some measures were adopted in order to eliminate interference. Hexane is replaced by petroleum ether AR with a BP range of 30-60癈. Vitamin A and E -were measured at x 340nm/ m480nm and x295nm/ m340nm respectively. The coefficients of variation of vitamin A and E determination were both 2.0-9.0%. The average recoveries of vitamin A and E were 96.7% and 95.9% respectively. So the method could be applied to the simultaneous analysis of vitamin A and E in foods.
