摘要
介绍了城中村的形成及定义,分析了城中村存在的问题,通过政府、房地产开发商和村民的3方博奕论述了城中村改造过程中的利益分配难题,并提出了城中村治理和改造的新模式。
The emergence and definition of village in city were introduced,and the existing problems were analyzed.The core issue lies in the profit attribution during village in city reconstruction process was discussed involving the government,real estate developers and the peasants,the new model of control and reclamation for village in city was put forward.
