摘要
概述了农民工权益受损的表现,分析了农民工权益受损的原因,主要是法律机制不健全、维权成本高,从完善法制机制角度提出了相应的维护农民工权益的对策建议。
The ways and reasons of harming migrant workers＇ interests were summarized,which mainly were about unsound laws and regulations,and high maintenance cost.Corresponding ways to safeguard migrant workers interests were proposed from the sound law and regulations angle.
