摘要
基于对5个重灾村153户农户的问卷调查,从筹资需求、筹资途径、筹资次序和筹资结构4个方面对灾区新农村背景下的农户筹资问题进行分析。结果表明,灾区农户筹资在需求种类、次序、途径等方面与传统农户筹资存在差异且正规金融在灾后重建中较非正规金融更为重要。针对以上特点提出相应政策建议。
According to a questionnaire with 153 farmers from 5 worst-hit areas,the farmers financing under new rural background in disaster area were analyzed from four aspects of financing demand,approach,sequence and structure.As a result,it indicated that the way farmers there carried out is different from those traditional ones in the demand types,sequence and approach,and that the formal financing is more important in post-disaster reconstruction compared to informal financing.According to those features above,several advices were put forward.
