系统论在治理农业黑色污染中的应用

Application of System Theory to Treatment of Black Pollution in Agriculture

摘要 在我国,废旧轮胎造成的黑色污染对农业的破坏越来越严重。笔者将系统理论和方法运用到这种黑色污染治理的研究中,以环境、能源和经济为三个子系统,构建了废旧轮胎资源化大系统,并讨论了该系统的整体性及其与外界客观条件的相关性,为固体废物管理和资源化决策提供参考。 The black pollution caused by waste tires brings more and more serious damages to agriculture in China.The paper applies the theory and method of system to the treatment of black pollution,based on three sub-systems of environment,energy and economy,the large system about the resourceful utilization of waste tires is constructed,and the integrity of the system and its relevance to external objective conditions are discussed,which provides references for the management and resourceful utilization of solid wastes.
