摘要
由于CT、MR等技术的发展,使纵隔肿瘤的影像学定性诊断达到了新的水平,但胸部平片仍是纵隔肿瘤最基本的影像学检查。纵隔前中区胸腺瘤与畸胎类肿瘤的鉴别是纵隔肿瘤平片诊断中的一个难点,本文旨在探讨应用电子计算机辅助x线平片鉴别这两类肿瘤的价值。
The chest film of 75 cases of thymomas
and 41 cases of teratoid tumors located in the
anterior-middle compartment of the mediastinal
division method were analized. In order to
distinguish thymoma from teratoid tumor on
plane film, the X-ray features of 116 cases of
these tumors were investigated by computer.
The accuracy rate was 98.8% in 3/4 of
total cases through computer when the diagnosis
was made by the conditional probability be-
tween 90-100%. Based on above data, a simple
coefficient list was suggested and by using
this method, the accuracy rate was 96.7% in
75% for these two kinds of tumors.
