摘要
虚拟机构是以资源共享、优势互补、风险共担、组合效益大于分散效益为前提的,是实体机构的补充和扩展。在组建上海医科院的研究中,提出了引入虚拟研究机构的设想,并作为其中的方案之一。
On the premise of sharing medical resources,risk sharing and utilization of combined effects,the suppositional medical institution is a supplement and extension of virtual medical institutions.In the research of establishing Shanghai Academy of Medical Sciences,the idea of suppositional medical institution was raised and was regarded as an important proposal.
