摘要
分析TB/T1400—2005《机车用铸钢轮心技术条件》,总结出一些新造机车铸钢轮心表面允许和不允许存在的缺陷。介绍某机车整体车轮崩裂事故,分析发生事故的原因。认为铁道部铁运〔2007〕128号文《铁路机车车轮管理办法》的部分规定存在不合理性,叙述对技术文件的理解和认识。
By analyzing the TB/T 1400—2005＂Technical Specification of Locomotive Cast Steel Wheel Center＂,the author sums up some of the defects that are allowed or not allowed on the surface of newly built locomotive cast steel wheel center.The author describes the an accident of crack of a whole locomotive wheel,and analyze the causes.The author think that there are some unreasonable regulations in the Ministry of Railways＇No.Tieyun〔2007〕 128＂Management Measures for the Railway Locomotive Wheels＂,the author gives his own understanding on the technical documentation.
